Finding a balance between different cultural expectations, life transitions, or chronic health challenges can feel incredibly isolating. I provide a collaborative, culturally responsive space for adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, OCD, and relationship or cross-cultural stressors. Whether you are dealing with the emotional impact of a long-term illness or trying to make sense of complex family and identity dynamics, your experiences are unique. Together, we will honor your existing strengths and resilience, working at a pace that feels safe and meaningful for you.
I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Together, we will use practical, mindfulness-based tools to help you manage daily stress and anxious thoughts. We will also look at how your past experiences and relationships shape how you feel today. This helps us heal deeper hurts, build self-compassion, and create lasting, meaningful change.
As a bilingual therapist (English/Mandarin) who has practiced in both China and Canada, I understand how deeply family, culture, and life transitions affect our well-being. I bring warmth, curiosity, and compassion to our sessions. My goal is to help you understand yourself more deeply, handle challenges with ease, and move toward a meaningful life.
