Whether you’re just beginning therapy or continuing on your journey, it is important to me that you find someone you can trust. I offer a space to get to know you and where it hurts. A place where all of you is welcome and will be met with acceptance. You can start by telling me about yourself and you will always be the expert on your experience.
Well-being is the ultimate goal. My aim is to establish a therapeutic space – one that is safe, comfortable and compassionate. I am a mental health counsellor with experience in working with adolescents and adults. My specialty areas include helping people affected by trauma, depression, anxiety, grief and addiction.
