About…

Do you want to find a way out of the stress, fear, and sadness that you’re going through? Find some peace and comfort? Maybe you feel overwhelmed and hopeless. It can be tiring and scary, an uphill battle, and you feel like you will collapse and shatter at any time. When you face all this sadness, despair, frustration, and fatigue, you wish you could confide in a trusted person and get some support. I can be that support person for you, so that you can make sense of your world, find peace, and reclaim control. You don’t have to feel so helpless anymore.

I’ll help you grow more adept at handling stress, as well as with overwhelming emotions like grief, fear, and guilt. We can find order, meaning, and strength for you again. I’m also a gay, trans, nonbinary (he/him), and neurodivergent person who is an ethnic minority, and I can give support in LGBTQ+ issues, cultural identity, as well as autism and ADHD.

In my sessions with you, I will listen with empathy in a safe, nonjudgmental space. My therapeutic approaches are compassion-focused, cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, narrative therapy, dream analysis, and more. If I sound like a good fit for you, email me for a free consultation today!
