Hi, I’m Simone Thomas, an RP (Qualifying) therapist offering virtual, affordable therapy for those navigating emotionally overwhelming relationships, anxiety, addiction-related struggles, and the pressure of always holding everything together. I work especially with women who feel stuck in painful relationship patterns, struggle with people-pleasing, emotional dependency, low self-worth, or difficulty setting boundaries. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling emotionally exhausted, disconnected from themselves, or caught in cycles they desperately want to break. I also support individuals navigating: substance use and addictive coping patterns relationship anxiety and attachment wounds toxic or emotionally draining relationships burnout and emotional overwhelm self-criticism and shame loneliness, heartbreak, and difficulty letting go stress related to caregiving, school, or helping roles My approach is trauma informed, warm, non-judgmental, and collaborative. I integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS), ACT, and DBT-informed approaches to help clients better understand their emotional patterns, regulate intense feelings, rebuild self-trust, and create healthier relationships with themselves and others. I believe therapy should feel human, safe, and accessible, especially for people who are used to minimizing their own pain or putting themselves last. My goal is to help clients feel understood while building practical tools for healing, boundaries, emotional resilience, and lasting change. I currently offer virtual sessions with flexible pay-what-you-can options to help make support more accessible.
