You deserve to feel heard, understood, and supported. My passion is creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions with compassion.
My journey into therapy began in the hospital community, where I worked closely with individuals navigating both physical and mental health challenges. This experience shaped my holistic approach to therapy—one that acknowledges the deep connection between our minds, bodies, and emotions. I work with clients facing anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship challenges, but I have a special passion for supporting those managing chronic pain. I understand how it can take a profound toll—not just physically, but emotionally, too. The exhaustion, anxiety, and grief that come with it can feel overwhelming, and I also recognize how deeply this impacts loved ones and caregivers. I’m here to help you navigate this complex relationship between body and mind with warmth and understanding.
As a South Asian therapist, I also recognize how culture and identity shape our mental health experiences. The way we process emotions, trauma, and distress is deeply influenced by our backgrounds, and I strive to provide a culturally sensitive space where you feel truly seen.
No matter what brings you to therapy, you don’t have to navigate it alone—I’m here to support you.
