Hi, I’m Soli! (she/they)
Life can feel… overwhelming. If you’ve been sad, lonely, or worried, maybe asking yourself if relationships should be this hard, reaching for support is the first step towards relief and change.
Whether you are struggling to navigate a major transition, or need guidance through life’s many twists and turns, I am here to listen with compassion and curiosity and help you focus on the matters closest to your heart.
Body and mind are connected; together we can explore how challenges are showing up for you, and what you need to feel safe, seen, and free to be YOU, as you move away from shame. My own colourful lived experience and a background in theatre and music for young children lends creativity and optimism to my outlook on embodied healing and authentic growth.
I support adults and teens through:
- relationship growth
- coming out 2SLGBTQIA+
- parenting at all stages
- self-esteem difficulties
- anxiety
- depression
I take a person-centered and existential approach, integrating mindfulness and experiential interventions from acceptance-commitment and psychodynamic therapies while always considering the fullness of your background, family dynamics, and experiences.
I have low-cost and affordable therapy options, because therapy should be accessible to everyone. My latest ASIST (Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training) was completed in January 2026 at the CMHA (Canadian Mental Health Association) in Toronto.
As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and MA in Counselling Psychology student under clinical supervision, I offer a queer-, body-, sex-, and nonmonogamy-positive space that is trauma-informed and age-appropriate. Toronto in-person sessions as well as virtual options are available.
If this resonates with you, reach out to book a complimentary 30-minute virtual consultation.
