I am a psychotherapist in training, practicing under the supervision of a licensed clinician. I offer both online and in‑person therapy for adults.
Therapy with me is a warm, collaborative space where you do not have to have everything figured out before you begin. Many people come feeling overwhelmed, unsure, or stuck in patterns they do not fully understand.
In our work together, we focus on what is happening for you in the present, while gently noticing how past experiences may still be influencing the way you think, feel, and relate. We might look at patterns that keep repeating, explore your emotional responses, and try out small shifts that feel more supportive or aligned.
This is not about fixing anything — it is about developing more awareness, choice, and self‑understanding.
My approach is holistic, relational, and culturally informed. I nurture curiosity, honesty, and collaboration, and I aim to create a space where you can show up as you are without needing to perform, explain, or minimize your experience.
I work with adults navigating anxiety, stress, burnout, life transitions, relationship challenges, and questions around identity or direction. I welcome clients from diverse backgrounds and life experiences and aim to meet people where they are.
