About…

Hi! I’m Stephanie. I offer therapy for individuals navigating a range of life challenges, including anxiety, stress, burnout, relationship concerns, life transitions, and feeling stuck or disconnected. There’s a particular kind of exhaustion that can come with a racing mind and a body that feels unable to move forward—often a sign that old patterns or “automatic defaults” are no longer serving you. Together, we can begin to understand and shift these patterns in a way that feels manageable and meaningful.

With over 14 years of experience in public service and leadership, supporting individuals through complex stressors and transitions, I bring both clinical insight and real-world understanding to my work. My focus is on helping you move beyond survival mode toward greater clarity, confidence, and a stronger sense of direction in your life.

As someone born to immigrants, I’m especially attuned to the nuances of identity, culture, and the experience of balancing different expectations and worlds. I approach each client with curiosity, respect, and a commitment to understanding your unique story.

My style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based approaches. I integrate practical tools to help regulate your nervous system, manage overwhelming thoughts, and build resilience—always working at a pace that feels safe and supportive for you.

Therapy isn’t always a linear process, and taking the first step can feel daunting. You don’t have to navigate it alone. If you’re looking for a space to feel heard, supported, and challenged in a meaningful way, I invite you to reach out.
