In our work together, you will learn a different way to respond to your anxiety, so that it no longer holds you back. You will learn how to detach from anxious thoughts and be kinder to yourself when difficult feelings show up. This will help you take chances, pursue hobbies and relationships, and go after your goals without anxiety getting in the way.
