I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), and I am currently in the process of completing my Masters of Counseling Psychology degree with Yorkville University. During the past few years, I have worked in childcare, supporting children and their families. I have experience working with individuals with various unique needs and abilities, including those on the Autism Spectrum. I am prepared to support individuals experiencing issues such as stress, anxiety, difficulties with time management and depression. I take a client-centered approach to therapy and work collaboratively with clients to ensure treatment is tailored to their individual needs. I incorporate evidenced-based treatments such as cognitive behavioural therapy into my practice. I believe that people are the expert on their own experiences, and I am passionate about providing a judgment-free space where individuals are free to engage in self-exploration and develop the skills to overcome life’s challenges.
