Hello, I’m Sudeshna Ghosh, a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE).
I believe healing begins when we can speak the language of our heart—the language that reflects our identity, culture, values, beliefs, and lived experiences.
My goal is to create a compassionate, culturally responsive space where you feel safe exploring your story, reconnecting with yourself, and discovering the resilience that already exists within you.
My professional journey as a Registered Early Childhood Educator, together with my counselling experience supporting adolescents, adults, families, newcomers, refugees, and individuals who have experienced trauma, has taught me the importance of meeting people exactly where they are.
Working with people from diverse cultures, languages, and belief systems has deepened my appreciation for every person’s unique story.
Whether you are navigating:
Trauma
Anxiety
Depression
Life transitions
Relationship challenges
Cultural adjustment
Questions of identity
I strive to create a safe, respectful, and collaborative therapeutic space where you feel genuinely seen, heard, and understood.
My approach is trauma-informed and integrates:
Psychodynamic Therapy
Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT)
Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (TF-CBT)
Mindfulness
Strength-based approaches
I tailor therapy to your unique needs, strengths, and goals.
I offer counselling in English, Bengali, and Hindi, and I am committed to providing culturally responsive care that honours each person’s lived experiences and values.
I believe therapy is a space where healing begins through connection, curiosity, and self-discovery. I would be honoured to walk alongside you as you reconnect with your authentic self, build resilience, and move toward the life you want to create.
If this resonates with you, I invite you to reach out for a complimentary consultation so we can explore whether we are the right fit for your therapeutic journey.
