Looking for therapy services for your child? Specializing in child, youth, teen, parenting and family therapy, I’m here to help you and your family!

Are you a parent of a child or teen that is struggling with anxiety or depression? Are you the parent of a child with special needs and feeling alone? Does your child act in ways that are challenging for others? Does their behaviour interfere with their learning or with their ability to make and keep friends? Or are you the parent of a teen that is finding the social isolation this year difficult to manage? Are you worried about their mental health & well-being? Do you have questions about how to support your kids and also take care of yourself? Would it help you to sleep at night if you had some support and a place to talk it out?

We all struggle at times and sometimes taking that time to speak with a counsellor is a great act of self-care. Life during a pandemic has brought many unique challenges into our lives and the social isolation reminds us how important it is to reach out and connect with others whenever we can. This is important for the well-being of everyone.

I am a strong advocate for children, teens and their parents or caregivers. I have dedicated my professional career to supporting individuals that sometimes struggle to see their own strengths and abilities. It is my hope that children and teens see their worth, and that families have the support they need to nurture their child’s growth and development.
