Starting therapy can be overwhelming, and I want to acknowledge the strength it takes to even consider this step. My goal is to create a warm, accepting space where you can slow down and explore what brought you here, at your own pace. I support people navigating anxiety, low mood, relationship challenges, life transitions, emotion dysregulation, and self-esteem concerns. Together, we’ll look at what’s been feeling heavy or stuck and find ways to bring balance and meaning. As a South Asian immigrant, I understand how culture, family, and identity shape our lives. I offer a culturally sensitive approach that honours these layers.
My approach is grounded in science and guided by compassion. I draw from evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I also integrate self-compassion practices to help you connect more deeply with yourself.
Above all, I see therapy as a collaborative process. In our work together, you’ll lead the way. We go at your pace. I’m here to support and guide you as you move toward healing, self-understanding, and the kind of life that feels right for you.
