Through years of life transitions—moving countries, different jobs—I have discovered first-hand how essential selfcare is. As your therapist, I offer a space where you can explore what selfcare means for you as you move through the challenges of life transitions, relationships, work related stress, social anxiety or existential crises. I believe our brains and body store a lot of information and wisdom and we are consciously or subconsciously making decisions which help us move through the world.
I aim to support you to build an awareness of these decisions & tap into the remarkable information & insight available to you that can help with stuck feelings and making active choices. I am familiar with feelings of resentment, frustration, stuckness, shakiness and loneliness and I am comfortable exploring the origins or impact of these in your life.
My experience of Gestalt therapy has supported my development of self-awareness as a way to make active choices with flexibility & acceptance. I strive to listen deeply, be open and responsive, centre your experience, and to stay curious and compassionate.
