Being a woman, mother, and first generation Canadian, I find it’s difficult to navigate through too many roles and responsibilities which leads us to facing many mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, stress, and low self-esteem, at times. There are times when it’s hard for us to stay calm, straight, and focused on the goals we want to achieve in our lives. I can help you with navigating through these challenges, staying focused, engaged, working towards, and achieving your life goals. I can also assist you in attaining healthy and prospering relationships with not only others but also with your own self, that will generate and accelerate better functioning and your authentic self.
I am currently a practicum student of Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and provide virtual counselling and psychotherapy under the supervision of an approved supervisor. I believe in providing a safe and nonjudgmental space for individuals who are going through difficult phases of their lives and need support to live a happy, fulfilling, and meaningful life. I provide an integrative therapy experience, using CBT, ACT, and mindfulness techniques according to the specific needs and personality style of clients.
