I support individuals who feel lost or inundated and are looking to gain clarity, build coping skills, and reconnect with themselves so they can move forward with greater confidence and intention. I take a holistic approach that integrates both talk therapy and the body. I view the mind and body as interconnected and often incorporate somatic-based techniques to support emotional processing and regulation. I also work with other modalities that include CBT, Solution Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Therapy.
As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and MA in Counselling Psychology student under clinical supervision, I offer a culturally sensitive, confidential, and non-judgmental space. I support clients navigating relationship issues, women’s issues, and life transitions—areas I feel deeply connected to personally and professionally. I also support issues that include
