Life rarely follows a straight path. Sometimes we face unexpected changes, feel stuck or overwhelmed, or wonder what comes next. You don’t have to navigate those moments alone.
ADHD and neurodivergence are especially meaningful to me, both professionally and personally. I understand that neurodivergence can bring both strengths and challenges that look different for everyone. I support neurodivergent individuals and parents as they navigate everyday life. Together, we can build on strengths, better understand what works for you, and find practical strategies that fit your life and your relationships.
Sport and being active have always been an important part of my life. As a former competitive athlete, I understand how rewarding sport can be, as well as the demands, setbacks, and challenges that can come with it. We can explore ways to build confidence, manage pressure, and work toward your goals without losing sight of your mental and emotional well-being.
Life can bring seasons where you feel stretched thin, disconnected from yourself, or unsure of what you need. I support individuals navigating stress, chronic illness, grief, anger, loss, relationships, changing roles, and life transitions, offering a space to reconnect with yourself and find a way forward that feels right for you.
Ultimately, we are a team. My role is to listen, help you make sense of what you’re experiencing, and offer perspective and practical strategies when helpful. I believe growth isn’t about changing who you are but about understanding yourself better, recognizing your strengths, and finding what works for you.
I look forward to connecting and seeing how I can support you.
