Life’s struggles and stressors can be difficult to navigate. You may find yourself feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck in unhelpful patterns that keep repeating throughout your life. My aim for you is to feel fully understood and safe to explore new ways of being. We will walk side-by-side towards realizing your goals and uncovering your true self.
I draw from a mix of evidence-based approaches that integrates relational, CBT, ACT, EFT, and mindfulness. My main areas of focus are anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, body image, binge eating, BIPOC, existential concerns, LGBTQ2+, and relationship issues.
I completed my studies at the University of Toronto and have a master’s degree in Counselling Psychology. I previously worked for seven years in hospital and community based mental health and addiction services.
