We all deserve support navigating life’s ebbs and flows. Therapy can seem daunting but it’s an active step toward personal growth. As your therapist, I’ll meet you where you are with understanding and compassion to honour this meaningful choice you’ve made. Expressing yourself freely and gaining clarity on how your internal workings, relationships, and environments impact your well-being can be empowering.

My goal is to cultivate a safe and welcoming space for you to feel comfortable enough to explore all of this at your own pace. Through my own experience in therapy, I’ve learned that self-growth can flourish with trusting relationships. My practice is rooted in nurturing warm and supportive relationships—both the one between us and the one you have with yourself. As you uncover the path that feels most aligned with your values and goals, I’ll work alongside you placing you as the expert of your own needs. By shining a light on your strengths, my hope is for you to tap into your existing resilience, find balance, and develop helpful coping strategies.

To tailor to your needs, my integrative approach will combine different types of therapy such as person-centered, solution-focused, narrative, acceptance and commitment, and mindfulness-based therapy. I always work towards an open and non-judgmental practice that’s trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and 2SLGBTQI+ affirming. I welcome everyone! I also draw on my lived experience with first-generation immigration, living abroad, burnout, and my loved ones’ journeys with neurodiversity, illness, and mental health.
