In my practice, I help individuals who feel disempowered by life’s challenges. Many are struggling with anxiety, shame, assertiveness, relationship conflict, trauma, physical illness and spritual crisis. My goal is to create a safe, supportive and non-judmental space for my clients to discuss their concerns and be their authentic selves. I will help connect the body and mind to deepen emotional exploration and to relieve any related physical symptoms. I believe in incorporating one’s spiritual life in the therapeutic process to facilitate emotional healing and spirtual development.

I will use multiple approaches to tailor the therapeutic process to each individuals needs. I often combine parts work, client-centered, somatic, and transpersonal therapy to help my clients gain awareness, autonomy, increase self-worth and build healthy relationships. I also have experience with meditation, mindfulness and energy medicine.
