About…

Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, weighed down by depression, or exhausted from navigating a world that often misunderstands or marginalizes neurodivergent experiences. They may feel isolated, judged, or disconnected from themselves and others, and unsure of how to move forward.

I offer a space where clients don’t have to carry their struggles alone. My approach is holistic and individualized, shaped around each person’s unique needs, identity, and goals. I work through an anti-racist, neurodivergent-affirming, and queer-inclusive lens to ensure that clients feel seen, heard, and respected. I help clients gain a deeper understanding of themselves, develop strategies to ease the weight they carry day-to-day, and embrace what makes them unique as a source of strength and empowerment.

Through our work together, clients begin to feel more grounded, self-aware, and equipped with tools that work for them. My goal is to create a space where people feel safe to be fully themselves—where they are not judged, but supported, celebrated, and empowered to live in alignment with who they truly are.

I am currently completing my Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University, where I’m gaining hands-on experience as a practicum student. I am also an Ontario-certified teacher and hold a degree in Psychology from York University. I have over 20 years of experience working with the neurodivergent community as an educator, supporting learners in both educational and clinical settings. As an Ontario-certified teacher, I’ve dedicated much of my career to creating strengths-based, inclusive learning environments.

For the past three years, I’ve worked at a multidisciplinary clinic, where I serve as an ADHD coach for neurodivergent children and adolescents, in addition to my role as Director of Academic Services. These experiences have deepened my commitment to fostering affirming spaces where young people feel understood, supported, and empowered.

Outside of my professional life, I’m a proud mom of two young children and a lifelong lover of the arts. I bring creativity, empathy, and a deep respect for each individual’s unique journey into my work with clients.
