Counselling is about the whole you, because problems do not exist alone, but always within the larger context of life – like in the people, places and things we are part of.

If you want to share your story and be joined in it, if you long to be witnessed in ways that let you know you’re heard, and if you want interactional dialogue with lots of questions, then let’s have that kind of conversation.

My approach is eclectic and grounded in Narrative therapy. Counselling can offer unbiased support during challenges, and can help with finding new perspectives, with understanding emotions, problem-solving, self-discovery, the call of perfection, suffering under ‘the shoulds’, the voice of guilt, changing patterns, wondering what’s ‘normal’, loneliness, improving relationships, negotiating boundaries, current or past trauma, discrimination, gender identity, grief and loss, life transitions, not being so hard on yourself, and more.

I’m a registered social worker with a Master’s degree in clinical practice. I offer an attentive, purposeful and collaborative session centred around your unique experiences, and never one-size-fits-all.
