I offer a client-centered, non-judgmental space where we can develop a therapeutic relationship rooted in empathy. My approach is client-centered, holistic, and strengths-based. I take an integrative approach using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), narrative therapy and psychodynamic therapy.
