I am passionate about working from a holistic approach, focusing on the interconnectedness of your whole being – mind, body and soul. While providing you with a safe, supportive, and integrative counselling approach, I will guide you through your past, present, and individual strengths.
My approach to therapy allows for a “come as you are” space to attend to your needs as they happen in real-time. Together we will work on skills such as building self-awareness, developing distress tolerance, and identifying cues for coping to help you gain control of your life.
As someone who experiences anxiety, I have found passion in supporting others in such areas. I often work with clients experiencing anxiety and depression, low self-esteem, panic, attachment issues, and trauma.
