Taylor is at ThriveWell as a Counsellor-In-Training as part of completing her Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology with Yorkville University. Taylor has an Ontario Graduate Certificate in Addictions and Mental Health from Durham College and is a Qualifying Registered Psychotherapist with the CRPO. Taylor is passionate about advocacy and reducing stigma related to mental health, while supporting clients in achieving their goals.
Taylor can work with you to identify your goals that will help you live the life you want to live. Taylor has experience counselling clients who are living with severe OCD, anxiety and depression, providing case management and counselling to individuals and families living with psychotic disorders, as well as guiding clients in navigating various life transitions. With her vast experience, and empathic, person-centred and strength-based approach Taylor can help you work through various life challenges. Taylor utilizes a trauma-informed lens to promote a safe, warm, non-judgmental space for you to be able to work on your self, develop coping strategies, and heal.
