Sometimes it’s hard to put into words what you’re experiencing. You may have tried explaining it before—through self-assessments, articles, or even past therapy—but still walked away feeling misunderstood. Over time, that can leave you questioning your own reactions or wondering if what you’re feeling is too much.
You might feel anxious, overwhelmed, stuck, or simply drained from holding so much internally while trying to keep things together on the outside. Even when you’re insightful or capable in many areas of life, it doesn’t mean things feel manageable underneath it all. Having a space where you can slow down and talk openly can make a meaningful difference.
Hi, I’m Teodora, a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) who works with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, and relationship concerns. I approach therapy with curiosity, care, and respect for how culture, identity, and personal history shape each person’s experience.
My work is informed by Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, reflective listening, and a strength-based approach. Together, we’ll explore patterns in your thoughts, emotions, and relationships while building greater understanding and new ways of responding to challenges.
My practice is inclusive and affirming of diverse identities, bodies, neurotypes, and lived experiences. Therapy is a space where you don’t have to minimize or explain away parts of yourself—only to explore them with support and compassion as you move toward greater clarity and self-trust.
I offer a free 20 minute consultation to see if we are a good fit. Reach out to book yours today!
