I’m Terri, a dedicated therapist committed to supporting individuals through their personal journeys towards better mental health and self-discovery. With a background in education and coaching, I bring a compassionate and strengths-based approach to therapy.
My therapeutic style is rooted in Relational Psychotherapy and Internal Family Systems (IFS), allowing me to tailor our sessions to meet your unique needs and goals. Whether you’re navigating through stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or seeking personal growth, my aim is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel heard and supported.
