I support those navigating the complexities of early adulthood (usually between the ages of 20-40), with the bulk of my practice focusing on the experiences of women+. This might look like struggling with self-esteem and worth, expectations, perfectionism, relationship challenges (romantic or platonic), life transitions, emotional overwhelm, or exploring your sense of identity. Many of the people I work with are longing to feel more grounded, connected, and at ease within themselves. Every session will be different depending on what you bring in. You can expect a mix of deep exploration, practical tools, and gentle accountability.
My approach is integrative, trauma-informed, and deeply relational, drawing from a range of therapeutic modalities. This includes Attachment Theory, CBT, Mindfulness Approaches, Inner-Child work and a focus on what’s happening in the here and now (aka what’s coming up in session) – helping you understand how past experiences show up in your present-day emotions, relationships, and patterns.
At the heart of my work is the relationship we build together. I offer a warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative space where you don’t have to perform or have it all figured out. I tailor my approach to support self-awareness, emotional regulation, and meaningful change. Let’s see if we’re a good fit over a 15 min consultation calI, bookable on my website. I look forward to chatting soon!
This is a safe, affirming, and welcoming space for all. 2SLGBTQI+ friendly.
