I bring a warm, collaborative, and client-centered approach to therapy. I believe that healing begins in spaces where you feel safe, seen, and genuinely understood. My goal is to create that space for you, one where you can slow down, explore your thoughts and emotions, and make sense of what you’ve been carrying.
I support individuals navigating anxiety, burnout, life transitions, identity-related concerns, and emotional overwhelm. Together, we work to better understand patterns, build self-awareness, and create meaningful shifts that feel sustainable and aligned with your values.
My approach is integrative and tailored to your unique needs. I draw from Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS), alongside trauma-informed, strengths-based, and humanistic practices. I am especially interested in how our internal parts and personal stories shape our experiences, and I support clients in exploring these with curiosity, compassion, and without judgment.
I also have a growing interest in supporting individuals experiencing postpartum depression, postpartum anxiety, and the emotional transitions that come with early parenthood. I approach this work with care, sensitivity, and respect for the complexities of this stage of life.
Above all, I strive to bring compassion, curiosity, and authenticity into each session. I aim to support you in softening self-criticism, connecting with different parts of yourself, reconnecting with your strengths, and moving toward a life that feels more grounded, intentional, and aligned with who you are.
