You might find yourself asking, “Who am I now?” or “Where do I go from here?” Whether it’s a new job, a move, the end of a relationship, or shifting family roles, these moments can feel disorienting. In therapy, we’ll make space for both the fear and the possibility that comes with change and gently explore what’s unfolding beneath the surface.
My work is especially attuned to first-generation and bicultural experiences, where transitions often carry added layers of cultural expectation, family responsibility, and identity negotiation. I support individuals who feel caught between worlds navigating who they’re becoming, while holding onto where they’ve come from. You don’t have to sort it all out alone.
As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and MA in Counselling Psychology student under supervision, I offer a space that is collaborative, affirming, and culturally responsive. My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy in ways that centre your strengths, lived experience, and voice.
Having grown up in an immigrant household, I witnessed firsthand how mental health was rarely talked about, and how silence around emotional struggles often left people feeling isolated. It’s what drives me to offer a space that doesn’t ask you to simplify your story but embraces the fullness of who you are and where you’ve been.
