Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, sensitive, creative, or deeply reflective individuals seeking more depth from therapy. You might be here because something in your life feels overwhelming, uncertain, or difficult to carry on your own. Perhaps you are navigating grief, anxiety, trauma, burnout, identity exploration, relationship patterns, or a quiet sense that something in your life wants attention and care.
I offer virtual psychotherapy to adults across Ontario. My work is grounded in relational, trauma-informed, and anti-oppressive approaches that support curiosity, emotional safety, and self-understanding. I aim to offer a warm and steady therapeutic space where all parts of you are welcome, including the parts that may feel difficult, stuck, ashamed, uncertain, or hard to speak about.
I draw from talk therapy, mindfulness, somatic awareness, attachment-focused approaches, and optional art therapy. Art therapy is always optional, and no artistic experience is needed.
Outside of therapy, I am a visual artist, nonfiction reader, and short-form poet who values creativity, friendship, and time outdoors. I bring a depth-oriented presence to my work while also respecting the realities and structure of brief therapy.
