Hi, I’m Tiffany—I am in the process of becoming Registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). I hold an Honours BA in Psychology and Women and Gender Studies, a diploma in Assaulted Women and Children’s Counselling, and I am working towards my Masters of Counselling Psychology.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent over a decade working in frontline social services, including crisis intervention, reproductive health, and community-based support. These experiences have shaped my commitment to creating safe, inclusive spaces for healing—particularly for those navigating trauma, systemic oppression, or complex identity experiences.
When I’m not in the therapy room, you’ll often find me listening to music, going for long walks, spending time in nature, or experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen. I find joy in the simple, grounding rituals that bring connection and creativity into everyday life.
