I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) providing psychotherapy to adults (18+) who are experiencing eating disorders, disordered eating, and body image concerns. Many of the individuals I work with are also navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, perfectionism, and long-standing patterns of self-criticism.
I offer a compassionate, client-centred, and culturally sensitive approach to therapy. My work is grounded in evidence-based care while remaining flexible to each person’s lived experience. I strive to create a space that feels respectful, steady, and emotionally safe — where difficult thoughts and behaviours can be explored openly and without judgment.
I practice from a weight-inclusive, trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and anti-oppressive lens. This means recognizing the impact of diet culture, weight stigma, and systemic inequities on mental health. I am committed to providing affirming care to individuals across diverse identities, including 2SLGBTQ+ and neurodivergent communities.
I understand that seeking support can feel vulnerable, and access to therapy is not always straightforward. As part of the Affordable Therapy Network, I am committed to offering reduced-fee options to help make specialized eating disorder and body image support more accessible.
If you are looking for thoughtful, experienced, and grounded support, I welcome you to reach out to explore whether working together feels like a good fit.
