Hi, I’m Treah (she/her)! I’m currently completing my Master’s in Counselling Psychology. I’m a firm believer that our relationships—the ones we have with others and the one we have with ourselves—completely shape how we move through the world. I’m here to help you navigate those connections with more ease, self-compassion.
My approach is deeply relational and collaborative. Think of it as a process of “making sense” together. We’ll dive into the patterns that might have worked for you once but don’t quite fit anymore, clearing the way for new ways of being that feel truly you. I’m passionate about creating a space where you feel seen, heard, and totally at ease. My practice is proudly inclusive, culturally sensitive, and 2SLGBTQIA+ affirming—I’m here to support you exactly as you are.
When I’m not in the therapy room, you can usually find me at a Pilates class, getting lost in a new book, or gaming. I’m also a huge animal lover and spend plenty of time recharging with my crew of dogs and cats!
Clinical Areas of Interest:
Identity & Self-Discovery: Finding your voice and exploring who you are (and who you want to be!).
Anxiety & Modern Stress: Building a toolkit to handle the “noise” of fast-paced life and internal “what-ifs.”
Relationship Dynamics: Navigating the ups and downs of dating, friendships, and family life.
Big Life Shifts: Having a steady hand to hold during the “growing pains” of career changes and new beginnings.
I’m so excited to meet you and start building a therapeutic relationship that feels like a true catalyst for your growth.
Treah practices under the clinical supervision of Susan Tarshis, M.Ed., Registered Psychotherapist.
