I help my clients get to where they want to be, at their own pace, and in the safety of a therapeutic relationship. Together we will build the trust necessary for you to explore yourself and what is holding you back from living fully. 

The struggles of managing the stress in your relationship, family, or daily life can be overwhelming.  Together we will work to recognize the patterns and obstacles that are preventing you from being who you want to be. Our goal is to change those patterns, while developing coping skills and a variety of techniques that are right for you.  I will teach you how to think, not what to think.  

Couples Counselling: Communication is the hardest issue in a relationship to heal on your own. Once there is a communication breakdown, the friendship starts to deteriorate and intimacy gets lost in the chaos. I will help the relationship heal from the hurt and help you find your way back to each other.
