Hi, my name is Tristan (she/her), and I’m a Registered Psychotherapist whose goal is to support and empower you on your journey towards growth and healing. Currently, I’m offering individual therapy sessions in-person, online, and by phone. My mission is to help you navigate through the challenges you are experiencing and facilitate meaningful change. I work from a culturally sensitive, anti-oppressive, and trauma-informed lens to address a wide range of concerns. My approach is client-centred, holistic, and integrative. I utilize different modalities and techniques from CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, DBT, Mindfulness-Based interventions, ACT, IFS, and Narrative Therapy. My practice is centred around building a positive, trusting therapeutic relationship through empathy, authenticity, and collaboration.
