Feeling distracted, unfulfilled, our just plain out of sorts lately?

Through my own self-discovery journey, I’ve learned that we control our actions and reactions in every situation. We have the power to influence our lives in the direction we want, sometimes we just need a little reminder along the way. I operate through a solution-focused, client-centred lens.

I want to help you develop the capability to live a more mindful and intentional lifestyle. My goal is to empower you with the skills required to navigate any barriers that life may create. I work from the ideology that individuals posses within them everything they need to be more aligned with their true, authentic selves.

In order to access this, we need to bring awareness to the present moment and examine what is currently limiting our beliefs. I aim to provide a safe, non-judgemental environment, while encouraging and supporting you to be an active participant in the therapeutic process. I believe in a holistic approach to mental health and wellness. If you’re ready to move toward a life of fulfillment, I am here to help.
