You deserve a space to be heard, seen, and supported. My work focuses on helping individuals and couples reconnect with themselves, their emotions, and the people around them. I believe change begins with curiosity, compassion, and a safe environment to explore your story.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from York University and am completing my Master of Counselling at City University of Canada. Before entering graduate studies, I worked in a clinical counselling setting supporting clients through periods of stress, fear, and transition. These experiences shaped my belief that healing happens when we feel truly understood and empowered to grow.
As a therapist, I take a warm, integrative approach grounded in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and Solution-Focused principles. Together, we’ll explore what’s keeping you stuck and create new ways of responding to life’s challenges. My goal is to help you find clarity, strengthen your relationships, and rediscover self-compassion.
