I bring over three years of experience working with adults who are navigating addiction recovery, involvement with the justice system, and challenges related to self-worth, identity, grief and relationships. This is where my passion in helping people lies. I aim to provide a non-judgmental and grounded approach to therapy. You have strengths—even if they don’t feel obvious right now—and part of my role is to help you identify and build on them. Together, we can explore underlying patterns, develop practical coping strategies and work towards achieving your goals.
Do you feel overwhelmed, stuck in unhelpful patterns, or unsure on how to move forward? Reaching out for support can be challenging and you might feel unsure, overwhelmed or even question if your struggles are “serious enough” for therapy. Wherever you’re at, you don’t have to figure it out alone. If you are considering therapy, this can be a place to start making sense of things, at your own pace. When you’re ready, I welcome you to reach out.
