I offer a calm, supportive, and thoughtful space for people who are feeling emotionally overwhelmed, stuck, or navigating complex life changes. In my work, I focus on helping individuals make sense of their experiences, reconnect with themselves, and build skills that support emotional balance, resilience, and healthier relationships. I approach therapy at a pace that feels steady and respectful, allowing space for reflection, clarity, and meaningful progress over time.
I work with individuals, teens, young adults, couples, and families experiencing stress, anxiety, low mood, relationship difficulties, identity exploration, and the effects of trauma. My approach is trauma-informed, person-centered, and culturally responsive. I integrate evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness to support emotional regulation and practical coping.
I have experience supporting individuals living with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and interpersonal or developmental trauma. I provide affirming care for LGBTQ+ clients and work with diverse communities with cultural humility and respect.
I am completing my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University and hold a Diploma in Addiction Studies (CACCF). I am registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) as a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and practice under clinical supervision.
