Hello! I’m Vanessa, a therapist with personal and professional experience working with trauma. I know how it feels to have the heavy weight of trauma looming over you in your day to day life – it impacts how you feel about yourself and the choices you make every day. It impacts your most precious relationships and can be incredibly isolating and lonely. I also know how it feels to overcome this trauma and move forward in life with renewed energy, and the ability to show up in your relationships in a way that is satisfying and fulfilling.

Everyone deserves support with their mental health. In an effort to make the treatment of trauma more accessible, I provide low-fee EMDR sessions to support individuals in processing trauma and overcoming emotional challenges. If you have a partner, in some circumstances it is possible to attend EMDR as a couple. This can look a variety of ways and depends on your unique situation. 

In our sessions you can expect a friendly and non-judgmental environment. I’m here to listen and guide you at your own pace, offering support and encouragement every step of the way. Together we’ll explore what’s holding you back and work toward a brighter, more fulfilling future.
