Struggling in life is an honourable sign that you choose to remain human. Therapy can be a shared space of remembrance and becoming — a place to return to yourself. Our experiences live in the mind, body, heart, and nervous system. Identity carries many layers, shaped by our roots, migration, belonging, losses, resilience, and hope. I hold space for all the complexities of who you are… The parts spoken, the parts quiet, the parts still emerging… Here, relational healing unfolds as you give voice to the thoughts you’ve held, allowing them to be witnessed and met with unconditional love and acceptance.
I work with individuals and couples on mood challenges, trauma, identity, and life transitions. I support relational and family issues, as well as managing. I draw on psychodynamic, attachment-based, emotion-focused, and humanistic approaches to foster deep healing at all levels — mind, body, and heart.
I’m not here to fix you; you are not broken. I walk beside you, listen deeply, and hold what feels heavy. You can breathe, ask questions, and feel without explaining. Together, we’ll explore what’s heavy and what wants to grow, making therapy a space to rediscover your strength and clarity.
