Feeling disconnected, overwhelmed or unsure how to move forward? You’re not alone. Maybe you’re carrying the weight of past experiences, trying to break old patterns or just holding it all together. Whether you’re navigating trauma, burnout or the complexities of adult relationships, therapy can be a space to slow down, make sense of your story and heal in your own time.
As a trauma-informed therapist I offer a compassionate and grounding space for healing and self-discovery. I work with young adults, BIPOC individuals and neurodivergent clients who are navigating the long term impacts of trauma, burnout or challenging relationships. My approach is collaborative and deeply respectful of each person’s lived experience – I believe healing happens when we feel seen, safe and understood.
Drawing from somatic practices, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), attachment-based frameworks and elements of brief solution-focused and narrative therapies I tailor each session to your unique needs. We work to reconnect mind and body, build emotional regulation skills and make sense of your story in a way that restores self-trust and agency.
Many of my clients come to therapy looking for healthier relationships – with themselves and others – or to find balance amidst the pressures of work, caregiving or identity exploration. My goal is to help you develop tools for resilience and self-compassion while fostering lasting change rooted in your strengths and values.
Ready to start healing at your own pace? I’m here to walk alongside you with curiosity, care and respect for your journey.
