I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a Master of Arts degree from Wilfrid Laurier University. I have training in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and EMDR. I am passionate about incorporating mindfulness and self-compassion based approaches in my work with clients. I offer free 15 minute consultations and have other therapists working at my practice that are here to support you as well!
