I am a mature 3rd year student therapist studying at the Toronto Institute for Relational Psychotherapy (TIRP). Having arrived late to this space I understand the courage and commitment that it takes to embrace therapy and the challenges and fears that are brought up through the process of therapy and inner reflection.
As someone who was in and out of therapy for many years before finally committing to it, I understand the struggle that some of us go through when seeking help. I aim to bring a practical perspective, coupled with a great deal of personal and professional experiences and an ever developing theoretical knowledge to my clients and our sessions.
