My therapeutic approach is relational, inquisitive and integrative, drawing from various modalities to offer a personalized experience. I aim to create an encouraging therapeutic space where clients can explore their unique path to personal awareness, growth, and healing as determined by them. As such, I firmly believe in centering clients’ experiences and the power of empathy, open-mindedness, and collaboration as integral to therapy.
My experience as a racialized, neurodivergent, and queer individual who has navigated the mental health care system for years informs my practice and deep commitment to fostering mental and emotional well-being with an intersectional and anti-oppressive lens. In addition, my innate curiosity and work as a multidisciplinary community engagement facilitator contributes to my creative nature. I strive to support those of you seeking self-attunement and looking to build up skills so that you may be able to address issues contributing to your emotional and relational distress. Currently, I am a practicum student at Yorkville University under the supervision of Phoebe Chin.
