I want to create a space where you feel deeply heard and supported without feeling rushed. I truly value the therapeutic relationship. My goal is to support you in creating meaningful change, whether that means coping with distress, improving relationships, having deeper self-awareness, or moving forward with a life that feels more connected and fulfilling.
I have worked with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, adult-ADHD, life transitions such as moving to a new location or becoming new parents, perfectionism, emotional regulation, self-esteem, suicidal ideation etc.
I believe there is no one-size-fits-all therapy, so it has to be tailored to each person to fit their individual unique needs. My approach to therapy can be eclectic including, Emotion Focused therapy (EFT), Solution Focused brief therapy (SFBT), Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Narrative therapy with person-centered, trauma-informed frameworks.
