About…

Accepting new clients – I work with individuals facing a variety of challenges, including BIPOC experiences, trauma, immigration, depression, anxiety, stress, relationship issues, career struggles, and more. I recognize how difficult it can be to juggle multiple concerns while seeking support, and for that reason, I strive to create a warm, welcoming space for all of my clients. My culturally inclusive and empathetic approach is designed to help you navigate these challenges, gain valuable tools, deepen your understanding, and feel safe. My goal is for you to leave each session feeling heard, understood, and empowered, with a clear path toward meaningful change.

I draw from a trauma-informed and culturally sensitive framework, incorporating evidence-based methods such as Person-Centered Therapy, ACT, CBT, DBT, mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, Adlerian therapy, and Solution-Focused interventions. My approach is centered on supporting you in achieving your goals, with your unique story always at the forefront.

I look forward to learning more about you and exploring whether this is the right fit for your journey. While this process can be challenging, remember, you are never alone.
