Accepting new clients – I work with individuals facing a variety of challenges, including BIPOC experiences, trauma, immigration, depression, anxiety, stress, relationship issues, career struggles, and more. I draw from a trauma-informed and culturally sensitive framework, incorporating evidence-based methods such as Person-Centered Therapy, ACT, CBT, DBT, mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, Adlerian therapy, and Solution-Focused interventions.
