I currently reside in Toronto, where my family has been born and bred for four generations. Outside of sessions, my time is dedicated to my family, playing baseball with my kids, volunteering time within community events, and studying Jewish jurisprudence. I love reading biographies of world greats and enjoy exploding history. I became a therapist because I enjoy providing people support through difficult experiences and watching them thrive on their mental health journey. Connection is at the center of my practice. I center your experiences through active listening and work with you to address the stressors that you’re facing day-to-day. A session with me would be focused on understanding a holistic view of yourself, understanding your past history, present issues, and future goals. Each session is focused on the task you want to work on. At the end of each session, we take a look at what we’ve accomplished and lay out the tools that you can implement to move forward until our next session.
