In our work, I create a compassionate space for you to explore your inner world. Guided by IFS, we’ll gently connect with your inner “parts”—even those in shadowy places or seeking comfortable shade. My role is to help you understand them, listen to their stories, and invite your inherent Self—your core of wisdom, compassion, and courage—to lead with clarity and peace.
